HOW DOES IT WORK?

Cashflow Direct has been set up by experienced accountancy and human resource professionals in response to the demands of an ever changing workforce. We offer a flexible and totally professional payroll solution for both temporary and contact workers who are ready to reap the rewards of controlling their own finances.
Benefits include an increase in take home pay and the support of highly trained staff without all the costs, administration work and hassle of running your own business.

Our service is an administration and accounting service tailored to your specific needs, we aim to provide the necessary management to you as a sole trader or limited company whilst conforming to government legislation.

What do we require from you and the agency?

YOU

Once you have completed the pro – forma provided, along with the required I.D. and posted these to us at Cashflow Direct within 7 days you will be assigned to the appropriate payment system for you and your agency.

We will then liase with your agency and pass on the details of your new payment system to them.
You are able to work for more than one agency at a time, we do however need to be informed of the agencies details.

The Agency

Your agency must ensure that all hours worked and pay rates are sent to us via fax/e.mail by 1700hrs Tuesday. All expenses that you may incur during your work assignments should be sent to us on monthly basis and must be wholly incurred as a result of your work assignments. For details on expenses refer to Information Sheet.
Your agency will then pay you GROSS wages ( no stoppages) direct to you by whichever system you have previously agreed with them.

N.B. – All new entrants will be invited to attend a brief meeting with their assigned representative for an explanation of the system and it's requirements, this will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions about us or the system.
